he following text is dedicated to those who have perennial experience in network marketing. It is my sincere desire to devote this dialogue to my future colleagues who have the experience in similar field, and who have the ambition to share their mutual knowledge. Furthermore, in this dialogue there will be a discussion about this profession for newcomers and for others with experience for whom this would be a new source of income in future.

It’s a magnificent way to start a new business adventure with clear goals in life. Perhaps you have encountered yourself with this kind of theory in the past, but that’s not something revolutionary new. The essence of the business lies on the understanding the goals for running the entire business and foreseeing the beneficiary opportunities that come across and utilizing your knowledge for future success. In order to choose the right job for yourself, you have to establish certain boundaries and construct a system for eliminating other less profitable business, because if you do multiple jobs at the same time, that wouldn’t mean you’d be equally successful in all of them. If you’ve been offered a business where you’ll earn enough money, then you don’t have to search for other potential offers. If you’re not earning enough money at this point for a good and peaceful life, if you’re not satisfied with the situation you’re in, then carefully consider my proposal, and start changing your lifestyle. If you are ready to give your maximum and discard other business proposals, then you’re one step closer in accomplishing your goals. Further on I’ll try to define with clarity what goals are there for a successful MLM and supply some examples. There are four main goals for running a successful MLM business:

  1. The product

  2. The company

  3. The networks

  4. The operating system

I’ll comment on this goals and state some subsections:

  • the product
    1. We offer a range of quality products, but reclamations are not favorable for MLM business.

    2. Our products should be suited to costumer’s purpose, in order for them to have the demand to purchase via MLM system.

    3. Our products are authorized through MLM system.

    4. Moreover, they have to have the competition in order for all the bonds for happiness to be transacted.

    5. The products should be innovative enough to attract the customers demand, but not to fade away in near future when new ones come along.

    The Company
    1. The essence of successful business is a company with stable and clear vision.

    2. The company has to provide a sustainable capital to provide extra products which will be used for rainy days if necessary.

    3. The company as a whole should possess inventiveness and effective system of surveillance in order to manage the effective and regular payment of commissions and to regulate all other businesses.

    4. The company should organize product distribution, in order for the products to be shifted to the distributional centre, and from there to colleagues in the network.

    5. The company should have good management, which will operate the entire business and handle the specifications connected with classical MLM distribution. By classical distribution I’m referring to product management, managing and organizing internal member relations in the network.

  • The network
    1. You, as a network leader, should be in the center of the attention. You are the most important person in the business, and you are the one who should always be encouraged, motivated and who’s ideas should always be put into action.

    2. The achievement levels that your colleagues accomplish should always be determined by your achievement as their leader. So, I’ll repeat: the most important machinery in the network marketing is the people and the constructors and manufacturers are the leaders.

    3. MLM is more than a business. MLM deals with human relations. Some of the human relations are morality, sincerity, honestly. In order to be a leader and create new leaders, you should combine all the relations and create a healthy atmosphere.

    4. Education. If you have asked me to name one thing in order to describe the essence of network marketing and in my opinion that most certainly wouldn’t be product distribution. My answer would be that the essence of it is the educational aspect, which is transferring your knowledge as a leader to your network colleagues and encouraging them to do the same for their colleagues and so on.

  • The operating system
    1. Also known as compensational or motivational plan, depending on an individual, the operating system presents one, but crucial, part of the system in the network. The compensational plan should be simple, unique, moderate, in order to motivate the leaders and provide success for its followers.

    2. Moreover, it should have the right informational system in order to monitor and calculate the achieved results. Let’s not forget that the MLM, in its current form, originated from the monitoring system when first computers appeared.

    3. The operating system consists of ethnical code, the system of values, and of one thing which all MLM companies must have if they want to stay in the business and eliminate the competition, culture.

    4. This system offers its network members all the possibilities to achieve their desirable results which would stimulate and motivate them to work harder and give their best in order to stay faithful to the company they work for. Plus, in order to achieve all of that, the company has to advertise itself (which many experienced network leaders tend to avoid) via internet, organized presentations, on the behalf of other companies, and through network builders, competitions, challenges, etc.

For the past thirteen years I’ve had both good and bad experiences. Whenever I’d ignored some of these factors, I always thought to myself never mind, nothing in life is ideal, I make a terrible mistake every time. It’s true that nothing in life is ideal, nobody is perfect or sinless. However, sooner or later, something will go for the better or worse, because some vital business matter hasn’t functioned as planned.
