Leaders respond

While preparing material for this job, I have come across the need to create a special text and a special presentation for leaders, people who have the experience in creating networking in and who have actual network connections with thousands of people. In this special presentation I would like to address to these specific subjects:

  1. How to choose the right MLM offer in the abundant spectrum that the market has to offer; why should an individual enhance himself in this business possibility.
  2. How to clear out the common objections which even the leaders have to struggle with (and how to deal with the daily negative influences that we get bombarded with in our current jobs)
  3. What common obstacles exist in building pre-network and what plans, in this case, exist in order to avoid them.
  4. What does a group of leaders that have the tendency to succeed in the global management need to do in the following period of several months?

How to choose the right offer around the existing abundant?

Let’s start from the beginning. Network marketing, as an industry branch, has been in business for more than 6 decades. In my article “What exactly is MLM?” which you may read on my web site, you can find a short MLM history, along with explanation of the sudden business rush of MLM companies in 1979, and what is the difference between MLM and the bonds of illegal happiness, etc. Now, I would like to address to previous 5–year-situation in MLM. In the matter of better trade plans, the trend from early nineties has been shifted from binary and with matching bonuses to combined trade plans. Since the trade plan is just one piece of the puzzle that has to be finished for a successful MLM, I wouldn’t dwell on that any further.

ok_buducnost.jpg In terms of product, we all know that it’s really difficult to find a unique product which is suitable for MLM distribution and for which we can foresee (if possible) a bright future. We know that if a garnish company emerges, according to marketing law “here am I” system, it will make it tough to construct a great business. I’m not saying that that’s impossible, but it certainly is hard work, especially if we are talking about sixteen companies on the market. If that company is second in line, again according to marketing laws, there will always be a place for a few more, even with time two of the best would distinguish themselves from others (Coca-Cola and Pepsi, Intel and Motorola, Avis and Hertz, Jelen and Lav beer, etc.). Furthermore, again according to marketing laws, if you are not on the market, than you have to figure out a product subcategory alongside which you would be the leader on the market. If you have vitamins in gels, and let’s face it they already exist in juices and pills, than that could be extremely interesting, because you can have them even in jams, healthy chocolates, etc. Energy drinks, for example, have been a blast in the last few years (Noni was the first to start 3 years ago (I’m referring to TNI) and not long after the spread was immense, I’ve came across three similar products). So, unacquainted colleagues started the business claiming that their product is the first and believing that they don’t have any competition.

Also, there have been major modifications in two more sections: the financial (with two subsections) and the internet. The financials have started to accumulate with investment funds 5 years ago on our premises (business dealing with insurances were there first if we are speaking of network marketing), I would especially single out the Forex stock exchange. Both of these financial sections have become “Mecca” for concealing true bonds for happiness, and for all I know, an average colleague or a network leader in MLM just may be a novice in terms of clear distinction between legal and illegal. Even if somebody does know the difference vaguely, because of the cleaver covering of the pyramidal system, they can get more and more confused. All of those “business opportunities”, with or without question marks, diminish the possibility for a new business chance, because all the great ones get lost in the world of abundant business opportunities which are either bad or poor.

Internet businesses are usually based on domain and host purchase. Moreover, we can find some bonds for happiness which have broached their way up, and they can easily be distinguished because they don’t have the competition (a good bargain can be found on the market). Unfortunately, due to the majority’s poor knowledge of the internet purchase, people get easily dragged into that type of business, because it sounds interesting to them.

I won’t comment on that matter any further, but I hope that we can all agree on a few basic facts.

  1. It is not vise to do multiple tasks at the same time. So, probably you don’t have a job that you are completely satisfied with, and if you don’t get what you deserve, you can’t achieve that bonus rate which strives the happiness in you. Somebody might think that he or she might use the existing network for something even better. Well, that is actually inappropriate MLM thinking. You should use your knowledge to enhance that successful business in order not to search for other much more demanding and a lot less profitable. Of course, if you already have the right job which brings you lucrative incomes and its system functions perfectly, than you should strike while the iron is hot!

  2. It’s a must for a person, who works in network marketing, to be open-minded in order to accept the pieces of advice that others have to offer. If you get too reserved when listening to a presentation, what should we expect from others then? Sincerity? On the other hand, every sincere person working in network marketing has to have his strict regimes in order to distinguish the right deals from the wrong ones that come before him. Also, he shouldn’t stick either to those who vaguely do their work if they personally believe that they’re not good enough for that line of business.

  3. We shouldn’t worry about trivial things, because those bonds of happiness sometimes reveal themselves in the right and sometimes in the wrong manner. Consider this situation, if the last person that enters in the system contributes for the entrance 50, 100, 500, 1000 euro without the possibility to include new members, then the question is whether they have or haven’t actually received adequate value for that money (product or service). So, if not, then that is the right bond that triggers the happiness. In case they have received the equivalent value in terms of stock which is supposed to pay off, but maybe it won’t, or an internet space which they actually don’t need, or a product which they won’t spend for a years’ time without the possibility to sell it, well that’s true bond of happiness.

  4. The combination of facts, hunches, business parameters, and of course risks, make us recognize the right job. Every new business that offers an obvious business opportunity for the society quickly turns out to be the opaque one. Whoever waits for everything to run smoothly and safely don’t get the job done. On the other hand, whether the business will became a job of the decade depends mainly on the challenges that will appear in the following 6 months, a year or two. For an individual one argument will be more important than the other, and somebody’s business opportunity system might be more complex than the others, and there’s no guarantee that this one is better than the pervious. Only in the mathematics, that master science, can we prove or disprove something, but everything else is more or less strict.

After this introduction, let’s proceed to the new subject.


What is the right way to redress the reproaches?

The most common reproaches (concerning those with experience) in the network marketing are the following:

  1. Is there a need for that type of program alongside people we are with?

  2. Is motivation, reward and acknowledgment a good plan for a successful business?

  3. Are there fair-priced products which have the right quality, requirement, protection and competition?

  4. Is there a company that will offer support to logistics, educational system, lawful provision, express and quality data processing, evaluation of current problems in the network constructor, etc?

  5. Who will guarantee that you’ll have the right managers and leaders that would have righteous network vision, fair ethnic code, and sincere respect to the founder of the network who is responsible for productivity in the company?

  6. Do you have the right leaders, the network constructors who would join the business and with whom you’d be entirely satisfied with? Of course, there will always be the ones with whom you wouldn’t start a business. However, for a successful trade you must distinguish the ones who can be responsible for procreating the politics in the company and who know how to create a good atmosphere.

  7. Considering the circumstances, will this actually work in your country?

  8. Is this the right job for you? Can this shift, at least two scales up, your living standard?

Let’s start from the beginning! The first question is whether there is a necessity to work and suggest this program to people around you. If you have considered answering, then the answer is yes. Let’s face it, if there is no need, you wouldn’t dwell about it for a second. If you get the opportunity to earn ten or hundred thousand euros in the following period, then you wouldn’t get around that business deal. The Customer Association is the real deal in trade marketing. I’ve elaborated in detail on that matter in my article “This is a real deal”, which you may find on our SCnet Serbia internet site. The Costumer Association in accordance with the network marketing is even a better deal, and the thing I’m searching for is the merger of those associations with other positive factors. Later on there’ll be a talk about positive factors.

In the second question there is some elaboration about the positive factors. SCnet has one of the progressive rewarding and motivational plans for a successful business that I’ve acquainted with, and I’ve came across plenty of them. In my experience, I could have written a short essay concerning that matter, because I’ve studied pros and cones of numerous plans. Novices, as well as top leaders can find everything in this plan, because it has all necessities for a successful business. What’s more, the rewarding and motivational plan has some genius strokes, considering the fact that it has been founded in the same way as the competition, but it has advanced its business in more than 20 points.

Question number three deals with products. On one hand, the genius idea concerning this system is crucial, but it’s important to sort out all doubts related to this question in order not to be confused in advance. Unlike with other MLM systems, the brilliant thing here is that you don’t have to sell the speech about the product demand, because here you are selling what would normally people buy on a daily basis anyway. On the other hand, the thing that people find difficult is the process of selling something to others. You’re obliged to explain that he really needs that product which you’re offering to him, from the company that you’re representing and for higher price than the one on the regular market. Here we do things differently! Here you have over 10000 products and over 100000 different manufactures from which you’ve already purchased something in the past. The one thing that is perplexing to beginners is the advanced payment for future purchases. What you actually do here is give a deposit to the partnership companies from which you have purchased products earlier. This means, that even the last person that joins in receives the equal discount, in addition he’ll receive discounts for all his other purchases in advance. Finally, the fact that this business has all the positive aspects of money laundering is the thing that fascinates me!

The whole system is the real product of SCnet business! The business complies with the organization, the idea, the logistics, the information about the payment system, the presentation style, the way of creating partnership, etc.

seminar_mart.jpg From that point we move on to our forth question, what kind of companies are behind this system. This question is essential for me because I have the experience in working with different companies in the past. Some of which had perfectly organized system, but they still couldn’t solve some difficulties which they had encountered. Likewise, I’ve worked with some domestic companies where job was utterly time-consuming and everything had been poorly done, and logically I’ve lost a desire to continue my work there. Directly or indirectly I have all the confirmations that everything here is run smoothly. Firstly, due to the costumer association all purveyances are handled by them. Secondly, the informational system is also well-organized because everything is handled via internet. The provisions get calculated every second, and every two weeks our employees get paid, the vouchers can be utilized right away, and your business status gets daily scheduled, etc. Presentations and educational trainings are regularly organized. For example, in Hungary there are Nogradi Bencea and Tonk Emilia, our top lecturers, who present our system in major seminars held there. Those names might not sound familiar to you right now, but I’ve listened to their lectures, read their books, and they really are masters in their field of knowledge. They receive their wages through Volksbank, where they offer favorable cash accounts for partners, without maintenance and start-up costs, with by far the best conditions for receiving VISA and MasterCard payment cards. Over two years their collaboration functions perfectly, and that’s all I need to know!

Perhaps you won’t agree with the fifth question. Likewise, one friend of mine who has a lot of experience and knowledge in management and in MLM business doesn’t see what I mean. In my opinion it is immensely important who is the founder of the company and who makes decisions about the company’s future and vision, because unfortunately I’ve encountered quite many of poor managers. While I was writing this I haven’t personally met the SCnet founders, but according to their work and from what I’ve heard of, they represent people with whom I want to work. Proofs can be found from the way they have devised and organized this project to the criteria’s they are looking for when seeking for director in a new state. Because choosing a right person for that job is not an easy task, all the company capital has to go through his hands, moreover he has to transfer all his knowledge to the new arrivals while maintaining good reputation, so I’d agree that that is not an easy task.

The answer to sixth question is something that we all together must construct and develop. We must be the leaders with whom other parallel branches would like to work with. We altogether must defend our territory like one team; we must create the welcoming atmosphere for new members and for the existing ones; we must appreciate the common interest: the integrity of the company that we work for. This entirely depends on us, and we must pay attention to our next moves. The perfect example is Hungary. After two and a half years they have absolutely became the biggest MLM network in their state, they have outrun the competition directly in the customer association and indirectly in network marketing. Besides, without any doubt they firstly wanted to find the right person who will run their company before going abroad, which is quite admirable.

Seventh question isn’t asked by chance. I’ve heard it from experienced network builders and from novices. My wife gave a perfect answer to this question when speaking to her brother: alongside competition which has been operating for 7 years in Hungary, SCnet has achieved far better results than that company in its 7-years-work. At present, SCnet has over 260000 members and 10000 partnerships, and that’s proof for overtaking the competition. They have also been invaded with current economical crisis: cars, apartments and houses got seized, people were made redundant, etc. The competition company mention above has been working in Serbia for over a year. Their business is run smoothly, but not perfectly, for the same reason SCnet has wiped out the competition in Hungary. When we assemble all the facts, it is absolutely ridiculous to imply that SCnet won’t function in Serbia! I’ve received numerous suggestions stating that there is no sense to start working before gathering enough companies in partnership. This is like the casual dilemma “which came first-the chicken or the egg?” But why do people believe that a company with a proven success in Hungary wouldn’t function as good in Serbia? Is it because the similar company failed to achieve success? Believing that SCnet awaits its competition’s destiny is a weak argument.

You can give your own answer to the eighth question. From my point of view – yes - this is a job which I’ve been searching for years. The reason I’m full of enthusiasm is because I’ve been combining for more than 3 years secure arguments, evidential results, and my rational calculation in accordance with previous experience in this lucrative business in order to achieve satisfaction. That’s why I would like to dedicate myself entirely to this job, maintain it for years and keep on receiving lucrative incomes for my children in future. It would be contra productive and rude on my behalf to continue speaking only about my desires, that’s why I want to invite you to aboard this journey with me. Only together can we achieve the desired success and fulfill the ultimate goal in the future for this business. Whether you’ll be the next person that will help me achieve this goal I’m not quite sure, but I sure hope that you are!

Constrains in pre-network building

The most common constrains in pre-network building are the following:

  1. How to transfer and import goods across the border.

  2. The issue of working abroad, the payment of commissions, and establishing new headquarter abroad, etc.

  3. How to deal with problems such as arranging handouts, organizing internet pages, and how to overcome language barriers while ordering goods, etc.

The solution is quite simple here. We don’t have goods in their classical form. We organize shopping trips where people will have the opportunity to use their vouchers. Let’s not forget that Hungary is one of the most attractive and visited destination for tourist from Western Europe. In contrast to Serbia, Croatia, FYORM and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary offers quality, high standardized and low-priced accommodation, along with fantastic cuisine and unique specialties.

The issue of working abroad and the payment of commission have also been simplified. Firstly, it’s a trivial matter to get a tourist visa; the thing you have to do is organize a one-day vacation in Hungary. Next, as a foreign citizen you open a privileged account in Volksbank. If that’s your preference you can get a payment card as well, then via internet you can launch a money transfer to your account in Serbia or withdraw your money from an ATM in Serbia. In Hungary the incomes you have earned are managed as earnings made abroad (being foreigners there), because the commissions are transferred from an American account, and in that way we don’t have any debts or obligations to that state.

In Serbia you must be well aware of all your tax liabilities. Until the whole process initiates in Serbia, then the payment of commissions works in that matter. All handouts get translated form Hungarian immediately and I have to stress that we are opened for suggestions. The most important thing is that an application form in Serbian language is created, as well as all basic and necessary materials be translated and uploaded, which is all needed to get the job going.


What do leaders have to do in the next few months?

Leaders have to lead, they have to carry a part of burden this job puts on them, they have to be responsible for their actions and take responsibilities for their colleagues’ actions. This is a unique business opportunity where a great team could make a blast!

We are all blessed with a certain gift. Somebody is gifted with ability to be a great organizer; whereas somebody else is good with managing computer operations or he/she can lecture or speak several different languages which all combined can be extremely beneficial.

In order to have the strength and ability to overcome all the obstacles that come across a great leader, he should be prepared to resolve all the challenges and problems heroically. Together with mutual respect and confidence can we give our maximum and achieve even better atmosphere in our working environment which can only be beneficial to the business.

If you want to apply for a team leader, then you should fully take all the responsibilities that come with that position. One of your tasks is to be 24/7 available for your members, and to solve any kind of ambiguities which they might have. Also, you should work at least 4 hours per day actively, regularly attend either live or internet based presentations or lectures.

Leaders should take turns when giving presentations, they should take responsibility for their actions, and they should always have an answer to their colleagues’ question, prepare handouts and attend seminars. Furthermore, leaders should take a part of financial responsibility – either they finance some items, or they can delegate a part of financials, such as locate and organize presentation halls, seminars, conference rooms, etc.

It is crucial for them to remember that if they are ready for this type of job, then they are in it for good. It is a great privilege to be a leader, but also it comes along with enormous responsibility and obligation!
